Big Tournament Weekend for US Players!

Full Flush Poker LogoWinning Poker Network Logo  This weekend features a lot of really big tournaments for American players to take advantage of, and represents a great time to get some extra value in your tournament grinding.  All the action starts on Thursday, but even missing the first day doesn’t mean you will be shut out of the fun as tournaments go until Sunday night!

Big Weekend for Tournament Players

The weekend spanning from July 30th until August 2nd is going to be a really big weekend for online poker tournaments in the US, but people from all over the world can get involved if they see something they like.  Winning Poker Network, which consists of America’s Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, PokerHost, True Poker and Ya Poker, and Full Flush Poker both have great series concluding over the weekend with massive Main Events and tons of side events for players to take advantage of.  Full Flush Poker has an $80,000 Main Event and Winning Poker Network is once again upping the ante with their Million Dollar Guarantee tournament!

Full Flush Poker SOPS Wrap-Up

We will begin with the tournament series that has been running the longest so far.  Full Flush Poker will be wrapping it the inaugural Summer Online Poker Series (SOPS) this Sunday after nearly two weeks of great tournaments.  Thursday night features a $15 $3.5k Guaranteed Freezeout, followed by a super satellite on both Friday and Saturday to win entry into the $80k guaranteed Main Event on Sunday August 2nd at 17:00.  The entry for the Main Event is $80, which actually makes the satellites on the previous days even greater value as each of them will feature an $8.80 entry.

This represents a great opportunity for players to take advantage of some great value.  Players have reported that the tournaments have been rather weak so far in the series.  This weaker player pool means that the likely overlay for the tournament creates a situation where it is pre-Black Friday feeling for tournament grinders, which is something that has been sorely missed by those players.

Winning Poker Network Million Dollar Guarantee

Winning Poker Network has had great success in the past holding their Million Dollar Guarantee and they are hoping to replicate that success by offering it once against on August 2nd.  This latest rendition is expected to be even bigger than before with the normal host of satellites running, but they also introduced Jackpot satellites about a week ago.  These have been fairly popular already and as players get eliminated from the satellites they are playing normally this alternative will likely get even more popular and you will see a lot more players get in this way.  When you combine this with now two successful runs of this tournament, it is likely that many will show up that had previously been holding off.

That’s not all that is happening this weekend over at Winning Poker Network though as they are holding a large series to get players excited for the Million Dollar Guarantee. If you want more information on all the great tournaments in the series or more information about the satellites being offered, we did a piece about it a week ago!

Summary

Full Flush Poker and Winning Poker Network, which consists of America’s Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, PokerHost, True Poker and Ya Poker, are getting ready to have a big weekend with lots of tournaments and great chances for players to win big prizes.  Full Flush Poker features an $80,000 guaranteed Main Event, while Winning Poker Network is once again going to run their signature Million Dollar Guarantee.  Both are great for players, especially depending on the bankroll that you have access to.  Don’t worry though, as we mentioned, there are lots of chances to win entry into these tournaments for much cheaper than the advertised buy-in.  Do you plan to play either event?  Tell us on Twitter or Facebook!
