Payouts and Withdrawals Report

Last updated on October 14, 2019 - Data through September 2019

It was the same old, same old as far as virtual gaming payouts in September 2019. All of our recommended providers of online poker, casino, and sportsbook betting continued their timely payments to customers with nary a hitch or hiccup. Like usual, Bitcoin remains the best and fastest way of guaranteeing the transmission of funds from origin to recipient although these sites generally support a couple of legacy payment options as well.

PWL Network Payouts October 2019PWL Cashout Methods Chart

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 9.2 (+0.1 from last month)
Key Stat: Bitcoin payment times within the 2-day processing guidelines.
Key Fact: Ignition and Bovada are still the #1 US-facing online poker sites in terms of player traffic.

The cashier speeds at the PWL Network remained quite good in September. The solid majority of requests were fulfilled with same-day payouts. In addition, this operator has added vouchers to let people fund their friends' accounts via special codes and an option in the depositing interface to permit people to buy bitcoins from within the poker software. These developments convinced us to bump up PaiWangLuo's score a little bit this month.

CPN Payouts October 2019Chart of Chico Network Withdrawal Options

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 9.1 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: BetOnline and SB.ag support six different cryptos.
Key Fact: Firmly seated in 3rd in terms of player traffic for US friendly poker sites.

In July and August, the Chico Network seemed to turn over a new leaf by cutting withdrawal timeframes by more than half. We were eager to see if this pattern continued on into September, but unfortunately, a lack of user-verified payout reports means that we can't know for sure. We'll keep an eye on the CPN going forward to see if they have what it takes to earn the top spot on this payouts page.

Sites sharing this cashier include Americas Cardroom, BlackChip Poker, True Poker, and Ya Poker.

WPN Payouts October 2019WPN Withdrawal Methods Chart

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE  9.0 (-0.1 from last month)
Key Stat: WPN withdrawals remain well under stated times for almost all processors.
Key Fact: Trails only Ignition in US-facing player traffic and is 9th worldwide.

The Winning Poker Network is experiencing a bunch of headaches related to its botched software rollout, but the speed of cashouts has not been seriously affected at any point. Still, we're deducting a point from WPN because it has discontinued processing RoW payments through Neteller. With Skrill having been similarly removed from the cashier a while ago and debit cards prior to that, the list of available payment mechanisms for non-US clients is dwindling.

All of the network-owned skins on the WPN provide the same excellent cashier functions, so you'll be in good hands no matter which of them you play at.

Horizon Poker Network Payouts

Sites sharing this cashier include Intertops and Juicy Stakes.

Horizon Network Payout Times October 2019Horizon Network Withdrawals Chart

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 8.9 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: Intertops provides extra value in the form of rakeback, money-added tournaments, and casino promos.
Key Fact: Intertops has been a trusted name in gaming for over 30 years.

Intertops and Juicy Stakes comprise the bulk of the Horizon Poker Network, and they have demonstrated their ability to get funds into their users' hands reliably. Payout times are a bit on the lengthier side here, which is why they don't appear higher in our rankings, but three or four days isn't really too long to wait all things considered.

Intertops has done right by its users for more than three decades, and it now lends its stellar reputation to the Horizon Network as a whole.

Grand Network Payments October 2019GPN Available Payout Methods

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 8.3 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: Opened for business in November of 2014.
Key Fact: Grand Poker is owned by the 5Dimes Group.

The Grand Poker Network, created by premier online bookmaker 5Dimes, is one of the true hidden gems of internet gaming. Traffic levels are light, but this room provides high rakeback, soft games, and – of course – quick, same-day or next-day payouts via Bitcoin.

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 8.0 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: Bitcoin-only online poker site has very fast payouts.
Key Fact: Nitrogen is one of the few sites to offer Bitcoin-only poker to all 50 US states.

Nitrogen Sportsbook, including its attached poker room, is renowned for the extent of its wagering options as well as the fact that it transacts in Bitcoin and Bitcoin alone. Same-day, sometimes same-hour, payments are par for the course at this trustworthy operation.

SwCPoker Payouts

SwCPoker is a completely independent Bitcoin poker site that doesn't share its cashier with any other party.

SwCPoker Payouts for October 2019SwCPoker Withdrawal Processors

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 7.5 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: Offers one of the quickest turnarounds from payout request to receiving.
Key Fact: SWC Poker is one of the originators of using Bitcoin-only denominations in their games.

SwC Poker's ancestor was the first poker site on the internet that enabled real money BTC gaming, and the current version of this cardroom continues this upstanding tradition. There's no need to deal with fiat currencies printed up by some over-inflating bureaucrat here, and you don't have to send in your personally identifying documents either. Plus, you'll get same-day payouts whenever you want them.

Although player volume is low, SwC is an excellent cardroom if you like “other” types of poker, like HORSE, Limit Omaha 8, Open Face Chinese, Short Deck Hold'em, et cetera.

AVOID THESE NETWORKS

Merge Gaming Network

Avoid the Merge Gaming Network

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: N/A
Key Stat: Player traffic has dropped to less than 100 players on average per week.
Key Fact: Carbon Poker offers no incentives and bans winning accounts on their poker site.

Carbon Poker is a site that used to be the king of USA online poker, but we now caution our readers to avoid it. It has an unenviable history of making questionable decisions that are detrimental to the player community, including booting winning players from its site, cutting back drastically on promotions, and even charging a fee on every additional withdrawal beyond one in a year.

That is correct: They only offer one free withdrawal per year and after that charge 5% of the amount of your withdrawal even for crypto-currency withdrawals, which generally cost just a few pennies! For example, if you were to initiate a maximum withdrawal for $2,500 (yes, they have low withdrawal limits relative to other gambling sites), the site would charge fully $125 for the withdrawal and you would receive $2,375 only. A Bitcoin withdrawal like this would cost a dollar or so to process even if ramping up the fees in order to garner the highest processing priority. We suppose that Merge Gaming Network just keeps the remaining $124 and change as profit from your winnings. We don't agree with that behavior, and this is yet another reason that we do not recommend Carbon Gaming, Players Only, Sportsbook.com, or any of the companies operated by "Domain Holdings," formerly Jazette Enterprises.

For the moment, users are getting their money but with delays and annoying surcharges. Moreover, forum posts indicate that Carbon continues to ban winning regulars probably in order to protect customers of its sportsbook, which is the product vertical that Carbon really cares about as opposed to poker. In recent weeks, we've seen more players complain about dwindling traffic levels, leading to speculation that the company is on its last legs.

We strongly encourage you to play at any of the other online poker rooms listed above and keep away from the Merge Gaming Network. Seriously, play anywhere else other than Carbon Poker, PlayersOnly, Sportsbook.com, and Superbook.

Global Poker

Global Poker is a Needless Risk

ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 7.3 (-0.2 from last month)
Key Stat: Global Poker's payment solutions, which don't include any cryptos, leave a lot to be desired.
Key Fact: There's no deposit bonus offer at Global and a lack of other promos.

Global Poker's Worldpay payout processing has caused plenty of headaches for users with players having to, in the past, wait up to a month to get their cash. Now after a couple of months of fairly rapid withdrawal processing, waiting times have increased for many users beyond a week.

In addition, Global's withdrawals via ACH bank transfer require individuals to submit a wealth of personal info, including bank statements, routing numbers, photo IDs, and in some instances, additional extra documents. Any errors or delays when sending this information to Global can throw a monkey wrench into the entire cashout process. Even worse, when there is an issue with a withdrawal, Global most often says nothing to the customer about it, instead waiting for the user to contact them!

Global used to boast of its Paypal support, which set it apart from other USA offshore poker sites, but its justifications for being allowed to transact via this e-wallet always seemed shaky at best. Now that Global uses Worldpay instead of Paypal, one of its major selling points has been nullified. In March 2019, Global added support for Skrill, but given that Skrill explicitly states that its services cannot be used in the United States for either gambling or sweepstakes contests, the sustainability of this arrangement is questionable at best.

Apart from issues directly related to cashier expediency, Global hasn't exactly inspired confidence among the poker playing population. Among the scandals that have occurred include the time Global exposed users' personal information on the web for about a year, a high-stakes individual who had to wait on his withdrawal for more than six months, and technical glitches during a major tournament series.

While incidents like this happen from time to time at just about every online poker room, this isn't the first time Global has dropped the ball. You can read more about the history of this troubled site in our comprehensive Global Poker review.

Of late, players have experienced a number of annoying technical snafus. Quite a few users have reported being kicked off the tables at random intervals, surely something nobody wants to encounter in the middle of a poker session. Others state that Global Poker has been consuming an absurd amount of computing resources to the point that playing more than a single table has become difficult if not impossible.

The long-term viability of Global Poker is not really known for sure, so we recommend that you take a pass on Global Poker if you value the safety of your funds.

Professionalrakeback is one of the great site for getting advice. As I am new into the casino, I am getting as much information as I can.

Thank you for the kind words David. Please feel free to share this page with your friends and family. Many people erroneously think that offshore sites have trouble paying players, and as this report has shown for half a decade now, that is wholly untrue!
