We catalog data from real player experiences posted on leading Internet poker forums. Combining this information with our industry knowledge and contacts in the business, Professional Rakeback can present a comprehensive review to all players with regard to poker room withdrawal speeds. All player-reported waiting times in this report are from date of request to date of receiving their payout as measured in business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our player samples are cataloged from publicly available player reported experiences via online forums - we do not accept privately submitted player experiences for this report. Moving forward we will accept submissions made publicly on our Twitter and Facebook feeds. Please share this report with your friends on social media and forums! The more data we have to work with, the better these reports will be!
Updated April 2015
It is April and the cashout report has been updated. This month saw a lot of movement. We've had to drop some rooms down for pushing up to the outer limits of their stated ranges and others for exceeding those ranges. Some of our numbers don't reflect the full times players are experiencing because the delays have gotten beyond the one month mark and the lag on that is showing in the reports. In cases such as this we will note it in the report on each individual site. Also this month we see a new site taking first place in cashouts for the first time ever, mainly due to their new and effective bitcoin processing coupled with swift check and cash payout times.
Key fact: BetOnline and sister site Sportsbetting.ag are the leading US-facing poker sites on the Chico Poker Network and offer their services to all 50 states and US territories.
BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag share the same "Chico Cashier." This is the first time this network has made it to the top of our monthly cashout reports. We have been tracking player reported experiences for this network for nearly a year now and we are impressed. Check cashout times rivaling that of Bovada, cash transfer payouts via Western Union and Money Gram in 1-2 business days, bank wire payouts for high dollar clients have all lead to their top score this month. What put them at the top of the list this month and relegated WPN to second place was the addition of Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals to the cashier. Players can now enjoy poker, sports betting and casino using swift and secure Bitcoin transactions.
Chico has recently surged in size to become the largest poker site still offering its services to US players. The cash game and SNG traffic, thanks to aggressive marketing as well as a monthly $50,000 SNG rake race, has increased steadily for the past seven months. This is a great site for mid-stakes NLHE grinders who will find late night action up to 1000NL regularly, as well as bank wire withdrawals in amounts up to $15,000 USD. Together with the newer player reports and through our industry contacts, Professional Rakeback can confirm that BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag are paying their players in a timely manner and almost always faster than their stated waiting periods. This poker payouts review covers both BetOnline and its sister skin Sportsbetting who share the same cashier, game selection, and a 200% up to $1,000 USD deposit bonuses. To take advantage of this large deposit bonus now, simply clear the cookies in your Internet browser and then click this BetOnline link or this Sportsbetting signup link. If you are into betting sports, these sites always have great promotions for major sporting events (be sure to read the bonus terms and conditions) as well as frequent poker reload bonuses.
Key facts: America's Cardroom offers a stout debit card payout option, and processes them faster than any other US-facing offshore poker site. They also offer bitcoin deposits and withdrawals.
The Winning Poker Network, comprised of the flagship poker site America's Cardroom as well as Black Chip Poker, True Poker and YaPoker are 2nd place in our payout report this month. Bucking the industry's recent trend of increased withdrawal times, the WPN has actually improved many of its metrics yet again in 2015. Player reported check payout averages are at their lowest point in the past eleven months and continue to show improvement. ROW payouts via Skrill continue to take three days or less in most cases, which is one of the strongest indicators of their overall payout ability. Unfortunately Bitcoin deposits have been offline for US players for a couple weeks (bitcoin withdrawals are still up and active). We've contacted The Winning Poker Network about this bitcoin deposit issue and they assure us that the option will be back ASAP (we'll tweet about it when it happens, so follow us on Twitter).
2015 is looking like a very strong year for the network, as their player traffic continues to increase. It is no surprise the traffic is increasing either. They are offering a $1,000,000 guaranteed poker tournament on April 12th, 2015. They run a weekly rake race for both cash game players and another separate race for SNG grinders. A clone of the PokerStars VIP program or 27% Rakeback available at all four sites as well, so check our Professional Rakeback Americas Cardroom Review, Black Chip Review, True Poker Review or YaPoker Review or sign up directly with the following links after clearing the cookies in their web browsers:
Low volume players should select 27% flat rakeback:
America's Cardroom - True Poker - Black Chip Poker
High volume players should select Elite Benefits VIP where over 65% effective rakeback can be earned:
America's Cardroom - True Poker - Black Chip Poker
Key fact: Intertops, one of the most trusted casino and sports book brands in the iGaming industry who has been in operation for over 30 years, recently opened up to US players in 45 states!
This month is the fourth month in which we find data for Intertop's new "CardPay" withdrawal option. This option is interesting in that it "refunds" to the debit cards players have deposited with in the past, up to $2,500 for a mere $9 fee! This new method seems quite popular as it was the only publicly reported payout method this March. Just because other options weren't reported doesn't mean they weren't used. Checks, cash payouts, and ROW ewallet payouts have been swift since we created this monthly report two years ago. The standard for Intertops checks is a smoking fast two and a half business day average.
Intertops Poker is another US-facing offshore poker site where one doesn't see a lot of player reports on their payout experience. As with smaller boutique sites like Pokerhost, this is generally due to player satisfaction with the speed at which these sites are processing payouts. ProfRB.com can confirm this through our online poker industry contacts and word of mouth by our players (we do NOT include non-publicly posted data in this report despite our clients reporting it to us privately). One would be hard pressed to find a more reliable option in today's iGaming marketplace. For a history lesson about this old timer check out our Professional Rakeback Intertops Review. - If you are a US player and would like to play on Intertops as well as enjoy their VIP rake races, super soft $10,000 GTD weekly Sunday tournament, as well as enjoy their large European style sports book, please clear the cookies in your web browser and click this Intertops account creation link.
Key facts: Grand Poker is owned and operated by the very reputable 20 year old sports book and online casino group, 5Dimes who are well known for swift payouts to American players. Exotic deposit and withdrawal methods such as Vanilla Visa, Green Dot Money Pak, Netspend cards, and Bitcoin.
After six months on our Offshore Gaming Cash Out Report, Grand Poker Network has moved up very high indeed. We have collected over nine months of data to share from this brand new poker network which sources its players exclusively from the sportsbooks and casinos of 5Dimes and its sister companies SportBet and Island Casino. This poker room is sporting very fast pout times, offers payouts in exotic methods such as Netspend, Vanilla Visa, Green Dot Money Pak, and Bitcoin! We gave them the highest debut score of any poker site to ever be added to this report, and they continue to rise up the ranks for having a very swift cashier.
The GPN, although a brand new network has daily action and 25NL - 100NL and sporadic action at up to 500NL. 5Dimes is aggressively promoting this room to its players via their unique rakeback system where players can earn anywhere from 50-100% rakeback on their accrued player points in fast single table tournaments. The action is soft for poker, and the discount sports betting lines will also attract many of our players. We hope you'll clear your cookies and sign up to one of our Grand Poker Room partner sites 5Dimes - SportBet - Island Casino or read our Grand Poker Room Review for more information. Please note that all of our partner sites are network owned and share the same cashier, as well as the same Internet wide A+ reduced juice sportsbook ratings.
Key fact: Juicy Stakes offers a wide variety of games and 36% weekly dealt rakeback coupled with a cashier of similar speed to Intertops, if slightly more expensive for low volume players.
Juicy Stakes continues to be one of the few recommended US-facing online poker sites on the Revolution Network due to their constantly improving payout speeds now that the new management and owners took over in mid 2014. Players have been reporting fast turnarounds for payouts via check, Western Union or Moneygram, Skrill, and other ROW payout methods as well. This is how you build a solid relationship with your players! The only reason we do not rate Juicy Stakes as highly as Intertops is because Juicy Stakes has a small minimum play requirement that micro stakes recreational players may have difficulty in achieving in order to get the cheapest payout costs. It only takes a mere $50 in rake per month to get the lowest prices however, so we only docked them 1/10th of a point. Unlike Intertops, Juicy Stakes does NOT have a sportsbook component, choose Intertops if you like to bet sports as well as play poker.

Key fact: PokerHost utilizes an independent cashier on the Winning Poker Network that processes payouts within their stated time frames and offers unique withdrawal options for long-term customers.
PokerHost, a US available poker site, is the most recent addition to the fast growing Winning Poker Network. PokerHost continues to be a strong option for US players due to their dependable and diverse payout system. Players historically have not reported payout experiences with this smaller boutique operation in large quantities due to relative satisfaction with their waiting times. Long-term clients with PokerHost are allowed exotic withdrawal options such as direct deposit to their bank accounts! One small advantage PokerHost offers for WPN players is a perpetually available $600 poker reload bonus.
We can confirm that Pokerhost has kept up with demand, and remains a safe and secure offshore poker site suitable for US players. Now that you know all about PokerHost payouts, check out the rest of our Professional Rakeback PokerHost Review or if you're ready to take advantage of the fastest checks and most exotic withdrawal methods on the WPN, then clear the cookies in your Internet browser and click our PokerHost signup link to take advantage of their 100% match up to $1,000 poker initial deposit bonus as well as the perpetually available $600 poker reload bonuses.
Key facts: While player data on payouts has been light since their inception, Full Flush Poker remains an offshore US-facing poker site on the rise and the only available option for US players on the very easy Equity Poker Network. They also have the best deposit bonuses in the US market, with 200% matches on deposits up to $1,500 and instantly playable cash bonuses for preferred deposit methods such as Western Union, Money Gram, and eWallets.
The amount of player data improved again this month. Unfortunately the withdrawal times missed the mark for ewallets. The slow down in Skrill and Neteller payments is something that is concerning players and we have docked FFP for it in this report. However, we spoke to their management about this issue in person and they explained the matter in detail. While we can not go into specifics due to confidentiality agreements, Professional Rakeback staff was satisfied with the answers given as to the slow ewallet payments and believes that Full Flush Poker is working diligently to speed up the turn around time on these payouts. We don't think the minor overstepping of withdrawal time frames this month is a concern, but none the less we will be on the lookout in coming months just to be sure. Despite the delays the reported waiting times are not necessarily slow compared to competitors, specially for cash transfers and checks.
Full Flush's aggressive marketing makes it continue to be one of the more unique options for players in the USA. With unique promotions and a constantly improving tournament schedule, coupled with decent payout speeds, Full Flush is a great place to play online poker and we highly recommend them for players of all skill levels. Carbon Poker Payouts
Key fact: Carbon Poker's only cashout method for new players are bank drafts (checks). Longer term players sometimes get access to cash payouts and bank wire options.
Carbon Poker, the flagship US friendly offshore poker site on the Merge Gaming Network, saw increases in their payout times since the month of December. Our cash out report does NOT paint the best picture of payouts due to the 30 day lag involved in producing it. As of the writing of this most recent update, early April 2015, Carbon's check times have in many cases exceeded their stated payout times for both checks for US players and, more disturbingly, ewallet withdrawals for players outside of the USA. Currently some US players are at the eight week mark for checks and other players have reported waiting over 2 calendar weeks for ewallet withdrawals. Prior to December of 2014, all of these times were faster than stated on their website.
This type of behavior has been exhibited every year since Black Friday in 2011 by Merge Gaming Network and Carbon Poker. A seasonal slowdown often begins in December and lasts until a few weeks after the Super Bowl. Presumably a large influx of deposits and a subsequently large outflow of withdrawals takes place and backlogs the cashier system. Typically this is resolved by late February or early March of the following year and times stay brief, swift, and predictable until the next December rolls around. However, in 2015, this return to the normal state of cashout speeds has not yet taken place. The slow down in ewallet payout speeds is also of concern. We've docked Carbon Poker considerably in this month's payout report, removed one of their outlook stars, as well as written an article on the subject which you can read here. Please note however that payouts are still flowing contrary to some of the mass hysteria taking place on public forums that often overlooks these payouts. Professional Rakeback sees no reason as to why Carbon payouts will not rebound as they always do each year, but rest assured that we will be keeping a close eye on this one.
However, all payout methods including checks, cash transfers, bank wires, and Moneybookers payouts are still flowing, if not as quickly as we would like them to. We believe Carbon Poker to be a very profitable company and this is simply a symptom of an inadequate payment processing regime which the Merge Gaming Network needs to address. We DO NOT feel that player funds are in jeopardy at this time. If you do not yet have an account, head over to the Professional Rakeback Carbon Poker Review for more information - or if you are ready to sign up immediately, please clear the cookies in your web browser and then click this link and enjoy up to a $1,000 poker bonus, a $250 casino bonus, and a free $100 sports bet.
Key fact: Seals With Clubs recently closed and one of the founding members reopened the company as SWCPoker in a more gaming friendly country. The new SWCPoker continues to be the online poker site that offers the only Bitcoin denominated poker games, deposits and payouts available to US players.
Due to the recent change in domain names, company location, management and more related to the transition of Seals With Clubs to SWCPoker, Professional Rakeback has decided to skip reporting on them in this month's report. Please check back with us next month where will intend to have fully analyzed all of the player data we can get our hands on and bring you an up to date and accurate portrayal of deposits and withdrawals at this new site.
Players generally skip reporting on their payout experiences on Seals With Clubs, and the reason is due to the lighting quick speeds that Bitcoin payouts allow. Any player withdrawing from SWC will be amazed to see their withdrawal take place in under 24 hours! Seals has branded themselves as one of the last vestiges of Wild West poker - but the one area that remains a constant is their ability to pay their players with same-day payouts in btc. Check out our bitcoin poker review of Seals With Clubs Rakeback, the best bitcoin poker site U.S. player have access to. If you would like to sign up with them directly, please use this link.
Key fact: Betcoin management is incompetent.
Betcoin poker has a lot of potential, it is too bad the people running it are sub-par. Players have been complaining about lack of games, software instability, and more recently slow payout times. We caution you before signing up with Betcoin. If you still want to sign up and check it out, you can do so here. Things may improve once some of the jokers currently in charge are fired. If you are looking for cyrpto currency poker however, we suggest Seals With Clubs for bitcoin or Dogecoin via PokerShibes.
Key fact: Lock Poker is a deposit-only Ponzi scheme and owes payouts to hundreds of players - a large portion of them have been waiting over TWO calendar years for a pay out.
There hasn't been a player reported payout from Lock Poker since April of 2014 and that payout report was rather suspect in nature (we think it was a Lock shill). Twoplustwo forum poster IHasTehNutz compiles the Lock Poker Payout Scam report, and he has cataloged nearly 500 players owed over $3,000,000 from Lock Poker. Professional Rakeback's investigation of Lock Poker leads us to believe that their debts are now well over $15,000,000 dollars. Luckily their traffic is next to nothing as reported by PokerScout, and hopefully this blight on the poker industry will soon fail. If you have an outstanding payout on Lock, you can contact IHasTehNutz on 2+2 poker forums. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS ROOM! Be a pal and tell your friends, and others in chat groups, on forums, etc that Lock Poker is a scam and doesn't honor customer withdrawal requests. Please link people to this payout report so that they can avoid losing their money to this black hole and blight on the poker industry.
You can also check out our exclusive analysis of Lock Poker payouts in our Lock Poker review here. Hint: Lock Poker is a scam - avoid at all costs.
Key fact: No longer available to new American poker players.
Bovada continues to dominate the US online poker landscape in terms of payouts despite a slight slowdown in processing this holiday season. More players report Bovada payout information than any other US facing offshore poker site, making their payout speed even more impressive. Bovada's ability to process check payouts, in amounts up to $3,000 per check, in less than a business week makes them one of the most desirable places to play online poker for players in the USA. Check speeds varied a bit this month, with the low end reporting checks in just under 48 hours and the high end taking 9 business days. This minor slowdown due to holiday season is still twice as fast as some of their competitors normal speeds! Some players that had been enjoying the bank wire withdrawal option reported the loss of that option in the last month. It is unclear the reason for this, but those players withdrawals were processed with check cashouts instead. The credit card payouts data appears to have stabilized and the average cash out time is now below stated times in the cashier.
Thus the question, "Is Bovada Poker legit" is answered with a resounding YES! Read our Professional Rakeback Bovada Poker Review or simply clear your web browser's cookies and sign up using this link to enjoy all of the sports, casino, poker and horse racing, and slots action you can handle - each with generous and relatively easy to clear bonuses.
We hope that this guide has been useful to you and we encourage you to share it with anyone and everyone you know! Sharing is caring, please use the like button and post this in forums when people ask about the payout and withdrawal speeds at USA poker sites :)
