Now we know why the FeltStars and BluffRoom transfers have been delayed the last few days...
To all of our new players coming over from FeltStars and BluffRoom, we apologize for the recent delays. Up until some time Friday, we were bypassing tier 1 support and sending your transfer requests directly to management at Merge. This resulted in swift transfers typically under 24 hours. This came to a grinding halt. Not having transfers processed over the weekend was unfortunate, but then when they did not resume promptly Monday, we became concerned with the process. NOT with the safety of your funds... the Merge Cashier has those in safe keeping! We were concerned that something had changed.
It turns out, something did change! Tuesday evening word went out to all operators that Merge had ceased doing transfers directly and that new rules had been instituted as a security measure. It turns out that some unscrupulous parties (read, rogue affiliates) were... mucking up the process (attempting to steal players from other affiliates!). Here are the new rules as our associate Kahntrutahn so kindly posted on 2+2 recently:
To all players wondering what has been going on. FeltStars (and BluffRoom)transfers for all operators were being banged out relatively quickly via direct intervention from a skin or affiliate until some time on Friday. Without getting into the details of why this change took place (Security concerns), here are the new rules just handed down by Merge in regards to player transfers:

Also, new speed bump...we've just been told that all FeltStars player transfer requests need to be initiated by the player from the email address they had on file with their FeltStars account. Details for which account they would like to balance transferred to and also if they want rakeback moved to the new account, should be included.

So there you are folks, you'll need to follow the new instructions. We have arranged for all players not transferred yet to be contacted and updated on the situation, but we have also posted here just in case. Make sure to request swapping to your newly created accounts so that the party who referred you to Professional Rakeback gets due credit!
