Intertops Poker Announces Sit-N-Go Buy-In And Fee Changes

Intertops Poker announced last week that over the coming weeks, the Revolution Network will be making changes to Sit-N-Go tournament buy-in and fees along with making a few minor changes in game structures - and ProfRB.com has you covered with the details!

According to the Intertops Rep on the popular Twoplustwo poker forum, several sit-n-go tournament configurations will be changing to make things more uniform. This includes buy-ins, fees, and structures such as 10-max SNG's converting to a more traditional 9-max structure.

The changes, via the Rep:

#1 - All sit-n-go tournaments (with certain exceptions) will have a rounded value for the buy-in + fee. For example, rather than using a structure of $5 + $0.50, most will instead become $4.60 + $0.40. The majority of sit-n-go tournaments already have this in place and the network will change any that don't follow this buyin + fee structure.

#2 - Buyin + fee amounts will be available as follows: $1.50, $3.50, $5, $10, $15, $30, $60 and up. Again, a number of tournaments already follow a similar structure so the network will bring the others into line with those.

#3 - 10-seat tournaments will for the most part become 9-handed. 10-seat double-ups will not change, however. The network is still testing this and may decide to keep some tournaments as 10-handed based on popularity with the players.
