AmericasCardroom and True Poker keep the top spot once again. There have been problems with debit cards in the past month. A large batch of cards expired in August and many players are complaining that they have yet to receive their new card. Players that have valid cards are receiving their money is 2-5 days. The cards can be used to withdraw money from ATMs and at point of sales. The fees are $3 for each ATM withdrawal, $1 for each point of sale transaction, plus $5 for each month that the card is active. Cash transfers are processed in 1-3 days and carry a fee of $60-$110 depending on the size of the transaction. Checks are arriving in 2-3 weeks. The first check each month is free but additional checks incur a $65 fee. Bank wires are still not available.
