Any player who had an Aced account, as well as a PDC account prior to the migration needs to contact us immediately. Your account is very likely improperly tracked and needs to be addressed. Some other affiliate will have your business, you might not be in the 10k Rake Race anymore, and any other number of foul and ghoulish things may happen!
Unfortunately during this migration from PDC to Aced, some players data did not transfer over fully or properly. Some guys had skipped rakeback payments, missing VIP points, etc. Our contacts at Carbon/Aced tell us that most of these issues are being addressed en masse. We still need to wait a day or two for the techs to work their magic. CarbonRyan released a couple official statements today and we will replicate them here in case you missed them on 2+2. In the early afternoon he posted:
The tech team are still working on getting everyone's full account details (points, levels, statuses, etc), moved over.
It is only an issue for a segment of accounts, and a full resolution is currently still being worked on.
Rest assured that everything will eventually be sorted out.
Then later in the evening:
* Some players created new Aced accounts instead of waiting for Merge to be able to resolve the issues, which will lead to them not being able to move across their past earned VIP point levels and is also causing various other issues. If you fall into this category, you need to email support with both your PDC account name, and your newly created Aced account name, and they will organise to get everything migrated over manually.
* The SNG leaderboard points issue is not able to be resolved. All PDC players that were participating in this, will be paid out at the level they were sitting in at the time of the move.
* Merge are still working on getting all of the tournament refunds taken care of too. They expect it to be done within the next 72 hours.
