Merge Has Two Cashiers Now: New Cashier for Carbon, PDC, and Aced!

All of the operators that ProfRB is currently partnered with have moved off of the Merge Gaming Network operated Merge Cashieir and onto a new cashier.  There were many reasons for this move, but the three most pertinent reasons are to improve credit card processing (which all the fish use to deposit!), to offer a wider variety of cash-out options, and to offer improved withdrawal times

Professional Rakeback is very excitied about this change and we believes that this move will benefit not only our partners on the Merge Gaming Network, the network as a whole, and strengthen the overall online poker USA markets.  The removal of Carbon Poker, PDC Poker, and Aced from the Merge Cashier will aleviate over half of the processing volume.  The new cashieir has the following options not offered on the Merge Cashier:

**updates forthcoming as we get them**

  • Saturday November 10th 2012, Big Update, Lots of Information:
  • Withdrawal Methods: USA/CANADA:

Bank Wire: Processing time: 6 - 8 weeks. The maximum one may request is $9,000 per transaction. If one is eligible it will be listed as a withdrawal option when one logs in to the Cashier. For verification purposes one will be required to provide a voided check or statement for the bank account to which you would like your funds to be sent. Unless it is ones first withdrawal of the month, requests of less than $2,000.00 are subject to a $40.00 processing fee. Requests of $2,001.00 or more are subject to a 2% processing fee. Currently available only for our members within the US.

Check or Gift Card: Processing time: 6 - 8 weeks. The maximum one may request as a check is $2500. All checks will be sent via courier service. When one requests a check one may receive a Gift Card instead; this allows one instant access to one's funds via ATM. Unless it is one's first withdrawal of the month, the fee for a check/gift card withdrawal is $40. One must deposit all checks into your bank account within 45 days of the confirmed sent date. Please do not deposit several checks at the same time at your bank. Currently available only for our members within the US and Canada. (Currently, there is no way to choose which option one will receive... the suggestion has been made though to make these separate options! If it matters greatly to you, try contacting your reps/support and politely! telling them your point of view )
  • Withdrawal Methods: ROW

Neteller: Processing time: 3-5 days. This is by far the most efficient option for us to send withdrawals to members outside the United States and Canada. Additionally, Neteller withdrawals are always free of charge. If one is eligible to use Neteller it will be listed as a withdrawal option when one logs in to the Cashier. One must request one's Neteller withdrawal through the onsite Cashier and not via the Neteller website.

Moneybookers/Skrill: Processing time: 3-5 days. Non-US residents may use this method to withdraw where available. Moneybookers withdrawals are always free of charge. Before one is eligible to receive a withdrawal to one's Moneybookers account one must firstly have made a deposit via that method (min-deposit is fine!). One will then see Moneybookers listed as a withdrawal option in the Cashier.

Instadebit: Maximum withdrawal $10,000. Processing time: 3-5 days, although this may vary with larger amounts. Another efficient option for the cashier is to send withdrawals to members in eligible regions (see our article: Instadebit, eligible countries). Cashier charges no fees but Instadebit itself may apply some charges which one can check here. Before one is eligible to receive a withdrawal via Instadebit one must firstly have made a deposit via that method(min-deposit is fine!). One will then see it listed as a withdrawal option in the Cashier.
  • Multiple Requests?

The system allows one to request two (2) withdrawals per day , limits depend on the method. The cashier processes withdrawals Mon – Thursday. With one payout per week being what the cashier processes for each customer. E.g. If one has two (2) checks pending the cashier will send the customer one this week one the next. The fees are 1 free per month and $40 on any subsequent check.
  • Wait Times?

Insofar as the wait times, all I can really say is, before anyone freaks out at the quoted times, let us get some information from actual cash-out requests and payouts... I have a feeling the quoted times are simply staunch policy quotes
  • 2pm EST:  There is a confirmation email sent out by "documents department" when one's information is approved for bank wires.
  • SUNDAY 11/11/2012
  • 4pm EST:  Australian online poker players rejoice! Carbon Poker, PDC Poker, and Aced now accept Australian poker players!  This was not, and is not currently possible, on skins using the Merge Cashier.  This opens up a new country to the network and should help with liquidity!
  • WEDNESDAY 11/14/2012
  • NOON EST:  Credit card deposit limits are 1k/day.  6k Per Month.  No weekly limit is mentioned and we are following up.  Should this 6k limit prove inadequate for any of our players, we can probably get the limit doubled for you :)
  • NOON EST:  The first publicly confirmed withdrawal on the new cashier was posted on 2+2 today!  It was a Skrill withdrawal on Carbon Poker in the amount of $5,400 USD.  Quoted time was 3-5 days... it took TWO days!
  • THURSDAY 11/15/2012
  • 8am EST: When entering a bonus into the new cashier, be sure to use all UPPER CASE LETTERS or it will not function properly!
  • FRIDAY 11/16/2012
  • 2pm EST:  "Please note that requesting a withdrawal will result in the loss of any unearned bonus funds which you were awarded for your deposits"  -- This is not any different from the Merge Cashier, but it is confirmed that uncleared bonuses will be cancelled upon withdrawal requests.
