This report is from April 2014 - click below
for our most CURRENT US Poker Payouts Report

The ultimate resource regarding online poker payouts | withdrawals for US-facing rooms and networks; information, grades, reported payouts from actual players, analysis, and more.

Each month here on ProfRB.com, we will be updating you on cashout reports specific to player experiences and comparing that to skin/network stated timeframes, with accompanying analysis. We currently track information from Bovada, the Merge Network (primarily Carbon/Aced Poker and Pokerhost), the Revolution Network (primarily Intertops and Juicy Stakes), Lock Poker (currently an independent online poker room), Seals With Clubs (the leading Bitcoin poker room), and the Winning Poker Network (primarily ACR Poker, Black Chip, and True Poker).

We've also added a speculative "Outlook" portion to each room or network's section. Utilizing our exhaustive research and data, along with our experience in the industry, we give you a glimpse into how strong we feel the future will be for each room or network in terms of paying players in a timely manner. More white stars means a stronger outlook (five white stars being the brightest outlook), while more black stars mean a weaker outlook (five black stars being the worst possible outlook).

PLEASE NOTE: All of our player samples are cataloged from publicly available player reported experiences via online forums - we do not accept privately submitted player experiences for this report.

APRIL 2014 CASHOUT REPORT | REVIEW

KEY: "Checks" = number of check payouts reported; "WU/MG's" = number of Western Union and Moneygram payouts reported; "wires" = number of bank wire payouts reported

While check payouts continue to be reported at lightning speeds considering the volume of requests handled, a momentary blip in Western Union/Moneygram payouts (several players reported 8-12 day waits in the middle of March) cause Bovada to lose a tenth of a point in their score this month. On the whole, however, Bovada's prowess continues relatively unmatched as the #1 option for US online poker players while offering secure withdrawals across many methods.

For more details, please visit our Bovada information and instructions page.

KEY: "Checks" = number of check payouts reported; "WU/MG's" = number of Western Union and Moneygram payouts reported; "wires" = number of bank wire payouts reported

Pokerhost was in the news a lot in late March as ProfRB.com first reported that they would be leaving the Merge Network and joining the new Equity Poker Network in April. While most believe this to be a step in the right direction for Pokerhost, who had been subjected to segregation on Merge and denied access to their popular tournament series, there is a small amount of uncertainty regarding the move, at least in its initial stages. Hence why we've reduced their score a tenth of a point this month, although it is a move we fully expect to turn about as they get settled in on their new network.

KEY: "Checks" = number of check payouts reported; "WU/MG's" = number of Western Union and Moneygram payouts reported; "Debits" = number of debit card payouts reported

Check withdrawal timeframes were down this month in reported player data after what appears to be a momentary increase last month above their stated waiting period. Cash transfer (Western Union/Moneygram) and debit card payout timeframes were slightly up in reported data, which causes WPN's score to remain at a still solid 8.8. The real test will be seen in the weeks and months after their popular Online Super Series concludes, a time period which will also see WPN eliminating Beast rake from all cash game tables. We expect the volume of payouts to increase over time, and how WPN handles the added load will be reflected in their score. If they can continue to keep their waiting periods under their stated timeframes, look for WPN to rise in our rankings.

KEY: "Checks" = number of check payouts reported; "ROW's" = number of Rest-Of-World payouts reported; "WU/MG's" = number of Western Union and Moneygram payouts reported

Reported player data is usually light regarding Intertops and their speed at which they pay their players. However, ProfRB.com can confirm through our industry contacts that, despite a brief hiccup last month resulting in their drop below 9.0 in our report, Intertops is still paying players well within stated timeframes.

KEY: "W/D's" = number of withdrawals reported (Bitcoin only)

Another online poker room with little player reported data is Seals With Clubs - and that's because with stated timeframes within 36 hours, players are satisfied and feel little need to report their experience. Seals With Clubs is a Bitcoin-only operated room touting themselves as the "wild west of online poker" - server issues (DNS attacks) have caused momentary blackouts in the past, though things return to normal fairly quickly. And as the continual value of Bitcoins sway in value, so goes SWC - typically, the higher the value, the more traffic at Seals With Clubs who offers rakeback to its poker players for starting tables.

KEY: "Checks" = number of check payouts reported; "ROW's" = number of Rest-Of-World payouts reported; "WU/MG's" = number of Western Union and Moneygram payouts reported

Although the initial euphoria from the online poker community has faded since Juicy Stakes was purchased by a new ownership group in October last year (resulting in tons of backlogged withdrawals being paid), we can confirm that they are continuing to meet stated timeframes for payouts across all methods offered. Juicy remains the only safe option on the Revolution Network that is open to US players - Intertops, another secure, trusted and recommended option, is invite-only for US players.

KEY: "Checks" = number of check payouts reported; "ROW's" = number of Rest-Of-World payouts reported; "WU/MG's" = number of Western Union and Moneygram payouts reported

Though reported check withdrawals were up slighty in March (though still well within stated timeframes), ProfRB has confirmed that payouts among Western Union/Moneygram and ROW options are occuring at or under wait times established by the Merge Gaming Network - hence their score on our report remaining as it was last month. The news of Pokerhost leaving for the Equity Poker Network may be cause for some uncertainty regarding liquidity in cash game and tournament offerings (although Merge had already segregated Pokerhost from most options, including Merge's OPS and Micro OPS series). However, Merge's ability to pay its players within their timeframes remains unaffected, and we expect trends to continue in this regard moving forward.

KEY: "Checks" = number of check payouts reported; "ROW's" = number of Rest-Of-World payouts reported; "WU/MG's" = number of Western Union and Moneygram payouts reported

Lock Poker has seen the past two months go by without a single reported payout, despite over 365 players being documented as owed according to the Lock Pending Cashout Report, compiled by ProfRB.com's own "IHasTehNutz". ProfRB.com highly recommends staying away from this poker room at all costs. Be sure to check out the links below as to why.
