Each month, ProfRB.com provides the online poker community an extensive, easy to read report to give US online poker players needed information on poker site payout and withdrawal timeframes. We catalog data from real player experiences posted on leading online poker forums (including rest-of-world or "ROW" data as well), comparing it with our industry knowledge and contacts in the business to present a full, unbiased review to give all players the best possible information on withdrawal speeds.

We currently feature US-facing online poker sites such as Bovada on the Bodog Network, Carbon Poker on the Merge Gaming Network, ACR Poker (and partner skins Black Chip Poker and True Poker) on the Winning Poker Network, Full Flush Poker and Pokerhost (which utilize separate cashiers) on the Equity Poker Network, Seals With Clubs (the leading Bitcoin poker room), Juicy Stakes and Intertops Poker (also use separate cashiers) on the Revolution Network, BetOnline on the Chico Network, and Lock Poker, an independent online poker room **AVOID THIS ROOM** (more below). BetCoin, the newest Bitcoin poker room which has access to WPN tournaments, makes their debut this month.

Our speculative "Outlook" score gives you a glimpse into how strong we feel the future will be for each room or network in terms of paying players in a timely manner. More white stars means a stronger outlook (five white stars being the brightest outlook), while more black stars mean a weaker outlook (five black stars being the worst possible outlook).

PLEASE NOTE: All of our player samples are cataloged from publicly available player reported experiences via online forums - we do not accept privately submitted player experiences for this report.

AUGUST 2014 CASHOUT REPORT | REVIEW

The US-facing online poker room on the vaunted Bodog Network continues to hold the top spot on our report thanks to yet another month of impressive payout speeds. Check withdrawals averaged just over four days from date of request to date of reception, a figure they've basically held all year long. What's more impressive is Bovada's ability to process cashouts in volume, as they are easily the most trafficked poker site available to US players. Other payout methods, such as Western Union/Moneygram, bank wires, and even their new debit card option are also processing at or below their stated waiting periods. It all equals continued dominance in terms of solid options for players in the USA. Bovada consistently fields the biggest multi-table tournament fields, the most active cash games, and boasts the best payout speeds - all by a large margin. There's Bovada, and then there's everyone else.

ACR Poker, the premiere poker site on the Winning Poker Network, has emerged as a solid #2 in terms of reliability with their payout speeds [This report applies to Black Chip Poker, BCP, True Poker, and YaPoker as they all utilize the same cashier]. For the fourth straight month, withdrawals across Western Union/Moneygram, debit card, and ROW payout methods (including Skrill) have been received under already expedient timeframes. Check payouts have remained steady as well at around two weeks from request to check in hand, according to player reported experiences. While cash game and multi-table tournament traffic has fluctuated during the typically slower summer months, there's no doubt that WPN remains a solid destination for all types of players - especially those seeking timely and safe cashouts. And with their ground-breaking announcement last month regarding their $1,000,000 guaranteed tournament in December, one expects traffic to steadily increase in the weeks and months ahead.

* = stated check withdrawal timeframes from Merge were decreased from 42-56 days in May

The slow summer season meant a reduction in payout requests from players on Carbon Poker, the leading poker site on the Merge Gaming Network. But reported experiences from players kept averages relatively even from last month's data, with Rest-Of-World withdrawal speeds coming in under historical averages. There's been a lot said over the past number of weeks with regards to Merge's recent policy decisions. But one area where they've maintained consistency is with cashouts, which proves the stability and viability of the network as a whole. We expect payout submissions to increase over the coming weeks, particularly with the next Carbon OPS tournament series scheduled for September. And with increasing player traffic in cash games and tournaments, Carbon looks to come out of the summer months primed and ready for a strong fall season.

There have been many changes over the past few months at Pokerhost as they continue to adjust to life on the fledgling Equity Poker Network. One area that hasn't changed is their payout prowess, and despite the lack of player reported data - which is historically the case - ProfRB.com can confirm through our network of internet poker industry contacts that player withdrawals are being received well within their stated timeframes. Pokerhost remains poised to break out as the fall season nears, as Equity has proven over the summer to be forward thinking in their approach to promotions and increasing tournament guarantees despite heavy overlays. Overall, they've earned their place in this report and we expect continued excellence in cashout ability as time continues to move on.

Another month of sparse player reported data for Intertops lead us to lean on our industry contacts to see just how well they were continuing to live up to their well-earned speedy payout reputation. And although we did confirm that withdrawal requests were being processed and sent to players well within stated timeframes (which are fast, of course), the amount of cashout requests being processed has caused their score to drop a tenth of a point this month. We have no doubt that Intertops, a company that's been in this industry for north of 30 years, is a trusted, safe, secure, and recommended place for online poker players. And while traffic has dipped in recent months, ProfRB.com hopes that with the fall season on the horizon, more players will take advantage of their trusted name and come back to the tables at this partner online poker room.

Full Flush has burst onto the scene as the more flashy online poker site on the Equity Poker Network. Unique promotions such as The Outlaw cash game and tournament bounties, immediate cash back bonuses on deposits, and being on a network with a knack for adding to MTT guarantees despite losing money in the short term spells "win" for Full Flush. Players have been increasingly sitting down at their cash tables as well - even to the point of nipping at WPN's heels in terms of ranking US-facing online poker sites by player traffic (H/T to Game Intel). We expect more players to report on their payout experiences - for the moment, they are holding within stated waiting periods per our contacts in the business. We expect the future to be exciting for this network, and particularly for Full Flush, as they've shown their desire to stand out amongst the herd and become a true destination for US and ROW players alike.

Continual steady improvement puts Juicy Stakes up a tenth of a point in this month's report. One of the two recommended online poker sites on the Revolution Network, Juicy has come a long way in our reporting since we debuted in August of 2013. Player reported experiences across check, Western Union/Moneygram, and ROW cashout methods were all under stated timeframes this month, the first time this has occurred in Juicy's roller coaster history. If this keeps up through the coming weeks, you can expect their score to rise accordingly. Add in their availability to US players (Intertops is invite-only, while Juicy is open in 43 US states), and one can see why they remain a recommended online poker site for American players.

Reported player experiences on Seals With Clubs don't occur too often, and ProfRB.com can confirm this is due to the continued ease of withdrawing in Bitcoins. While the value of Bitcoins may fluctuate, the ability to pay their players fast does not for SWC, the leading online poker site that deals in the popular cyber currency. Player traffic has actually been on the rise as of late in terms of weekend tournaments, and while cash games remain hit or miss at certain times of the day, there's no denying that SWC remains a viable option for US players interesting in parlaying their Bitcoins for poker chips.

The debut of BetCoin Poker on our payout report comes with plenty of reported data this month, which is unusual for a new online poker site. BetCoin, as if you couldn't tell by their name, is the newest room that deals strictly in Bitcoins. But unlike Seals With Clubs, BetCoin has access to a stout MTT schedule thanks to their budding relationship with the Winning Poker Network. Players can deposit using Bitcoins and enter most WPN tournaments any day of the week. And while their cash game offerings are segregated and sparsely populated to start, we expect traffic to rise once word continues to get out about their expedient cashout times. Some players reported receiving their withdrawals within minutes, while others experienced waiting periods of 12-24 hours. Expect these times to gradually even out as BetCoin continues to progress in the weeks ahead.

Still no data reported in the month of July regarding player withdrawals on BetOnline, which only debuted on our report this past June. Discussion in several forums has varied between talks of the types of games offered and their tournament schedule, which offers players a variety of events during the week. We've been able to learn through our industry contacts that BetOnline is currently meeting its demand regarding player cashouts, and we will continue to effort more information over the coming weeks and months. One area worth noting, though, is that cash game traffic has surged in recent weeks. According to Game Intel, the Chico Network (BetOnline is their leading poker site) has risen to third among US-friendly ring game options.

Another month passes and all we hear from Lock Poker is the sound of crickets chirping when it comes to payouts. There hasn't been a recorded payout to anyone owed from Lock since April, and at last count, over 390 players are due close to $975,000 (at least) thanks to the Lock Poker Payout Scam report compiled by 2+2 user IHasTehNutz. The amount of money Lock owes to its players is incalcuable at this point, and if anyone was unsure of what they are, they aren't likely to be anymore. Lock is a classic Ponzi scheme that uses player deposits to fund their operation. They've been doing this presumably since 2012, when the first sign of slowing payouts began. IHasTehNutz started his report over a year ago, and most feel it's but a fraction of the total amount of cashouts they haven't paid to their waiting players. Be sure to check out the links below for further evidence as to why this room should be avoided at all costs.
