Poker With Your “Buds”: $4M GTD in ACRPoker High Five Series

WPN Logo

The High Five tourney series is back at ACR Poker with 50 total events taking place this time around. It will run from Sunday, April 19 to Thursday, April 23, so you won't have to commit too much time in achieving the goal of smoking the competition. The total guaranteed prize money up for grabs is a cool $4 million: a modest amount for an ACR Poker series, but still enough to bring your bankroll to new highs.

Besides ACR, the series events are accessible from any Winning Poker Network skin, including BlackChip Poker and Ya Poker.

There's $4 million in guaranteed prizes to compete for in the April 2026 High Five series

Schedule

Calendar

Every day during the series has 10 High Five MTTs. To cater to players of different bankroll levels, half of the tourneys each day are designated as low-stakes events, with buyins of $33 or less, while the other five are intended as higher-stakes contests, which cost at least $44 to join. In addition, there are two events every day designated “The Highest Five” with buyins starting at $5,200.

They are accessible at different times of the day with each day's events generally starting around 8 a.m. ET to noon and the latest kicking off in the mid-afternoon. Most of the events are No Limit Texas Hold'em affairs, but on Wednesday, April 22, there are several PLO and 5 Card PLO8 events. Buyins range from $2.20 to $25,500 while the guaranteed prize pools run from $2,000 up to $600,000.

Main Event

With multiple MTTs starting every day, you can pretty much log in any day during the series and find something you're interested in playing. However, you may wish to mark your calendar for Monday, April 20 because this is when the Hi5 Main Event will be taking place.

The Main Event, which is tournament #12 on the schedule, will begin at 12:30 p.m. ET. It costs $420 to enter and comes with a guaranteed prize pool of $200,000. It's a Rebuy & Add-on event, so if you blaze out early, you can rejoin the fun.

Other Interesting Tourneys

There are only 50 tournaments on the roster this time around, so you could play every single one of them if you want to. However, if you think you might be too baked to put in all that effort, then there are a few interesting events to keep your eyes on:

Hi5 #26, $100 + 9, $50,000 GTD Mystery Secret Hash
Tuesday, April 21, 12:30 p.m. ET
This one hits all the right buttons: an affordable price tag, respectable guarantee, and mystery bounty payouts once you're in the money. It should be fun and hopefully profitable if you're lucky enough to hit a high bounty payout.

Hi5 #40, $15 + $1.50, $6,000 GTD 5C PLO/8 6-max R&A
Wednesday, April 22, 3:15 p.m. ET
The low buyin, four hole cards, split pot, and R&A nature of this tourney should see the chips flying fast and furious. Action junkies are sure to love this event though you have to remember to reserve enough bullets in your gun to fire multiple times if necessary.

Hi5 #44, $600 + $30, $250,000 GTD I'm SO High Roller
Thursday, April 23, 12:30 p.m. ET
This is a good way to close out the series. The $250,000 in guaranteed prizes gives you something worthwhile to contend for while the $630 buyin will tend to keep the field size reasonable so that you aren't playing all day.

Series Leaderboards

Satellites

As an added incentive to get you fired up to play in the High Five series, the Winning Poker Network is providing two value-added leaderboard giving away more than $25,000. There will be one leaderboard for Low events ($33 buyin and below) and another for High ($44 buyin and above).

Points toward the leaderboards are determined by the square root of the prize pool in any given tournament over the square root of a player's finishing position in that MTT. However, only in-the-money finishes award any points.

The prizes available in the High leaderboard are:

  • 1st: Two $2,650 seats to the VENOM tournament
  • 2nd: One $2,650 seat to the VENOM tournament and one $630 ticket
  • 3rd: One $2,650 seat to the VENOM tournament
  • 4th: One $2,650 seat to the VENOM tournament
  • 5th: One $2,650 seat to the VENOM tournament
  • 6th – 10th: $630 ticket

And in the Low leaderboard, the top finishers will get:

  • 1st: One $2,650 seat to the VENOM tournament
  • 2nd: Two $630 tickets
  • 3rd: $630 ticket
  • 4th: Two $215 tickets
  • 5th: $215 ticket + $109 ticket
  • 6th – 10th: Two $109 tickets

In addition, the leaderboard winners will each receive a Golden Bong trophy. A third Golden Bong will go to the winner of The Highest Five events.
