BREAKING: More Segregation Implemented Across Revolution Network (Updated Aug. 1, 2013)

This is a breaking news story - we will work to bring you the very latest as it develops. On the heels of last month's announcement that the Revolution Network has ended their brief implementation of "Fair Play Technology", ProfRB.com has learned that Revolution Gaming has now segregated itself nearly completely across its partner poker rooms. No announcement has been made by Revolution - but we will bring it to you as soon as they do.

UPDATE (8/1, 7:58pm EST):  Thanks to the work of 2+2'er blobbloblob, we now know that the 100 and 200 buyin NLHE games have been reintegrated between Intertops and Cake/Juicy Stakes.  Lock Poker, pardon the pun, remains fully segregated from the faster paying skins at these stakes.

UPDATE (7/29, 8:55pm EST): We can confirm that Juicy Stakes still plays with Lock at 100NL and above, but only for no-limit hold'em. Juicy Stakes does share with Intertops at 50NL as well. So, Intertops is completely segregated at 100NL and above, not the 50NL level and above as previously reported.

ORIGINAL: Basically, this means that all Revolution cash games at the 50NL mark and above are now completely segregated - meaning that Intertops players will only face other Intertops players, Lock player will face other Lock players, and so on - from this level and above. One noted exception by a user on the 2+2 Forums was that the 200PLO level was still being shared by Lock and Juicy Stakes, but not by Intertops. Lock Poker had previously segregated their own version of "high stakes games" (anything at or above 50nl) last June.

Prior to this new implementation, Intertops still drew from the general Revolution player pool in terms of traffic to their higher stakes cash games, with the obvious Lock Poker exception. The removal of Fair Play Technology had little other effect on Intertops, who have remained the strongest Revolution network skin despite the numerous issues and problems that have plagued other Revolution rooms.

More as it develops.

Both Intertops and Juicy Stakes are the best online poker sites on the Revolution Gaming Network.  They also happen to be the only offshore U.S. friendly poker sites on Revolution Poker Network.  Juicy Stakes rakeback is available weekly and Intertops rakeback is available daily by invitation only (contact us directly to find out if you're eligible for an invitation)!  Also check out Bovada Network and Carbon Poker Network reviews here at PROFRB, as they are good offshore US-friendly poker sites to add to your repertoire while playing on Tops or JS!

UPDATE: Fair Play Technology did die.  Unfortunately, other types of segregation followed in order for sites to protect themselves from Ponzi Schemes like Lock Poker payouts of which never came.  Stick to Juicy Stakes and Intertops on Revolution for the safest games where the sites guarantee your bankroll and pay out in 5 business days flat to US online poker players and even faster to players in other parts of the world.
