UPDATED: Winning Poker's "M2 Weekend" Results Are In!

UPDATE: 9/10/13, 7:50pm EST - The new WPN tournament director gave ProfRB.com a brief quote regarding his thoughts on how the M2 Weekend turned out for the network.

"Even though we overlayed in the majority of tournaments during the M2 weekend, I was over the moon with the response we recieved and the amount of new players we attracted to the site," the TD said. "I hope everyone enjoyed it and felt the structures and tournaments were good."

ORIGINAL: The Winning Poker Network offered up increased MTT guarantees this past weekend, thus dubbing it "M2 Weekend" - and we have the results as part of our MTT Overlay Report!

Our MTT Overlay Report tracks all MTT's with $5k GTD's and higher across Bovada, the Merge Network (including PokerHost), the Revolution Network, and of course, the Winning Poker Network. Of the 14 MTT's we tracked, 12 featured overlays totaling over $17,000 in amount. Over 3600 players took part in those 14 tournaments, and exactly half of the MTT's (seven) produced a profit for WPN. On the whole, the network lost just over $7,700 on the 14 MTT's - although this number does not count satellite or freeroll entries, tournament tickets used, or points usage for entry.

Please note as well: the $10,000 GTD Deepstack $27.50 MTT at 9pm EST (and the rest of the WPN schedule, for that matter!) will return to normal starting on Tuesday.
