Last Sunday in July Sees Tons of Major Tournaments for US Players

Major multi-table tournaments for US online poker players run this Sunday, including Bovada's $200,000 guaranteed event and Carbon Poker's $25,000 GTD $1.10 entry tournament.

US Online Poker Tournaments - Last Sunday in July offers Major MTT's

Today brings a bevy of options for multi-table tournament players of any skill set as the final Sunday in July sees events ranging from buy-ins of just $1.10 all the way up to $530. We highlight several of these tournaments below, and all times listed below are in Eastern Standard Time.

Today is the final day of Bovada | Bodog's Summer Million Poker Open tournament series, highlighted by a $200,000 GTD, 20-min blind event with a $162 buy-in at 4pm. The series' also runs its $100,000 GTD Main Event at 5pm with a $109 buy-in. These events run concurrently with Bovada's regularly scheduled Sunday MTT's, which includes a $25,000 GTD $60 buy-in event at 4:55pm, a $40,000 GTD $215 buy-in event at 5:25pm, and a $35,000 GTD Turbo $60 event at 9pm.

Carbon Poker is running their normal $125,000 GTD Big Ticket event today. Players can buy-in for $215 or enter through satellites that run throughout the day. However, Carbon is also running a special $25,000 GTD tournament with a buy-in of just $1.10. The interesting thing about this MTT is that at the time of this article's posting (7am on Sunday), only 2,580 players have registered - meaning the potential for a sizeable overlay is very high. Players can re-enter as many times as they like during late registration, which will last for approximately two hours and fifty minutes. The event begins play at 5pm.

Full Flush Poker and Pokerhost, the leading online poker rooms on the Equity Poker Network, will run a special $15,000 GTD tournament with a $27.50 buy-in starting at 5pm. This event features no late registration, meaning once the MTT starts, no additional players may enter. Players can rebuy, however, as many times as they desire within the first hour of play - and, have the option of purchasing an add-on during the first break. Equity MTT's, particularly on the weekends, have featured heavy overlays and we expect that trend to continue today.

Finally, ACR Poker (along with Black Chip and True Poker on the Winning Poker Network) will run their normally scheduled $20,000 GTD $530 buy-in High Roller tournament at 6pm, and their $50,000 GTD $215 buy-in event at 7pm. Intertops and Juicy Stakes will run their $10,000 GTD $134 buy-in tournament starting at 2pm, while you Bitcoin lovers can enjoy Seals With Clubs' Big BTC 10,000-chip GTD tournament for 250 SWC chips beginning at 6pm.
