Full Flush Poker Acquires Integer Poker - What Does It Mean?

ProfRB.com breaks down Full Flush Poker's acquisition of Integer Poker with detailed analysis and what it means for US players.

Full Flush Poker (FFP), the flagship real money USA online poker room on the Equity Poker Network, announced via press release on Monday that they had acquired Integer Poker, a ROW (rest-of-world) poker room alson on EPBN that services mainly European players. The transition to Full Flush Poker on Integer's side has already occured, and we have the details, exclusive and unparalleled analysis, and what this could mean for US players in the paragraphs to follow.

The online poker community was informed of the move by a rep for the Equity Poker Network on the Twoplustwo Forums. Integer players were instructed to download the Full Flush Poker software and login using their Integer username and password. They were immediately credited with their complete balance and Player Option Points (explained on our Full Flush Poker promotions page here) and had full access to Full Flush Poker tournaments, ring games, and sit-n-go's.

It appears that Integer Poker management will remain in place per the agreement. According to the FFP press release, Integer "has always had the best interest of the players in mind and this move helps all Integer Poker players gain more advantages. Integer Poker management is in good standing with (the Equity Poker Network) and is happy to make this acquisition happen in order to further promote a positive poker environment for poker players all over the world."

The move brings in an influx of new players into the FFP fold. Traffic was already on the rise after Equity Poker brought Pokerhost to the network in April. EPN has since passed the Revolution Network for fourth in overall cash game traffic among US-friendly online poker rooms and networks (h/t to Game Intel).

Multi-table tournaments have struggled to meet stated guarantees over the past couple of months, but it hasn't stopped EPN from raising them and even offering up more MTT's in the near future. According to our very own Equity Poker Network MTT Overlays and Tournament Results report, tournament traffic has steadily risen in May despite frequent occurrences of overlays in the tournaments we track.

Per the release, a spokesperson for Full Flush Poker noted that they expect this to be a benefit to the network overall.

“The obvious synergy between our two brands has made the decision to take Integer Poker’s players on board a ‘no-brainer’. It fits perfectly with our quest to further establish FFP as a global online poker room, with viable and healthy markets outside of the U.S. We’re excited to offer Integer Poker’s players the complete Full Flush Poker experience, and we’re happy to welcome them to the family."

Full Flush was in the news last week as well, as they made the decision to pull out of emerging regulated markets in New Jersey, Delaware, and Nevada. The affect on player traffic has been negligible, however. And with their new $25,000 guaranteed Blitz tournament taking place on Sunday, June 1st, traffic is expected to climb in the days and weeks ahead. How the summer months treat EPN remains to be seen, however.

ProfRB.com feels that despite trends in traffic dips in the summer season, the Equity Poker Network is positioning themselves as well as a poker network can. They've shown a remarkably consistent attitude towards wanting to bring players in, and by all measurable accounts, they've treated them quite well. According to our Monthly Online Poker Cashout Report for May (June's report is due out by the end of the week), both Pokerhost (ranked #2) and the Equity Network itself (ranked #7 with an 8.5 out of 10 score), payouts are occurring within stated timeframes. These waiting periods are in the upper crust of stated timeframes for US-facing networks, further endearing them to American players.

Promotions are also unique and rearding in scope. Few rooms or networks give their players the immediate types of poker deposit bonuses that are standard for EPN depositors. And while they may not be sporting ridiculously large bonuses or reload offers, players can appreciate an online poker network that gives its players easy to achieve and sensible rewards.

So what does this all mean for US players? Nothing but good news here. Full Flush wants American players and has put forth a competitive offering and solid promotions to gain their trust. The Equity Poker Network as a whole has set themselves up properly to be an effective rival to fellow US-facing operators such as Bovada, the Merge Gaming Network, and the Winning Poker Network. And while it may take time and a concerted, continued push in a clearly correct direction, ProfRB.com feels that this is a network that is not only on the up-and-up; they are on the uprise towards being a player in the US online poker landscape.
