UPDATE:  For the current version of this poker pay out report, click here

Each month here on ProfRB.com, we will be updating you on cashout reports specific to player experiences and comparing that to skin/network stated timeframes, with accompanying analysis. We currently track information from Bovada, the Merge Network (primarily Carbon/Aced Poker and Pokerhost), the Revolution Network (primarily Intertops and Juicy Stakes), Lock Poker (currently an independent online poker room), and the Winning Poker Network (primarily ACR Poker, Black Chip, and True Poker).

We utilize a unique grading system to rank and accompany our cashout reports! Please click here for more information on our grading system method.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept private, non-public cashout experiences when cataloging our player reported data. All of our samples are cataloged from online forum sources. In addition, though the samples recorded are a relatively small glimpse into overall cashouts, we are confident in their reflection of the general timeframes most players experience based on our contacts within the online industry.

DECEMBER CASHOUT REPORT

For four straight months, Pokerhost has remained at the top of our Poker Room Cashout Report and continues to set the benchmark for US-facing online poker room payouts. While they are an online poker room on the Merge Gaming Network, Pokerhost uses its own independent cashier and although there is only a minute amount of publicly reported data in the above graphic, ProfRB.com has verified through our industry contacts that payouts are being distributed well within stated timeframes. Overall, Pokerhost is a place that deserves your business and lives up to its word when they give you an expected wait time.

Bovada Cashouts

It's hard to believe that Bovada Poker could improve on their already impressive payout timeframes. When you factor the sheer amount of players that play at both their tournament and cash tables - coupled with increased reported cashout experiences this month over October - the level of impressiveness that this US-facing poker room has earned is even more incredible. Bovada is the clear cut number one US-facing destination for multi-table tournament and cash game players alike. And with cash transfer speeds at only two days from time of request to cash in hand (not to mention the longest reported experience for check withdrawal coming in at 11 days in November) it serves to show why ProfRB.com so highly recommends Bovada to our clients, and to the online poker community as a whole.

If you aren't already taking advantage of their quick cashout times and soft games/MTT's, sign up today! For full details, please visit our Bovada information and instructions page.

Intertops logo

Over the months since we've began tracking payout data, Intertops has never been one that led the way in terms of player reported data. ProfRB.com can verify the reason - when payouts arrive within stated timeframes, the customers are usually happy campers. Intertops is one of the most trusted companies in this industry and their commitment to timely payouts only strengthens this trust. Their budding relationship with Juicy Stakes, which is now under new management (see more on their incredible turnaround below), has players optimistic about their collective tournament and cash game offerings now that much-maligned Lock Poker is out of the picture for good. We highly recommend Intertops (invite-only for US players) and stand by them as a reputable place to play in the online poker community.

The Winning Poker Network - and it's ProfRB.com partner online poker rooms ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker, and True Poker - have come through October off the heels of a 'highly' successful High Five tournament series and looks primed to really break out as a top contender in the online poker marketplace. But the one area that consistently proves what this network is all about is their commitment to timely payouts and keeping within their stated waiting periods. While player reported data was lower this month, we can independently verify that their popular debit card withdrawal option continues to offer same day payouts in many instances (along with cash transfers at similar speeds). ProfRB.com can also note that Rest-Of-World, or ROW payouts (Skrill, Neteller, etc.) are being made within a week or less - a strong indicator when factoring in their cashout prowess. All told, WPN is proving to be a destination on the rise. We recommend the above partner poker rooms to all of our clients, friends, and to the online poker community at large.

For perspective's sake, the leading Merge Gaming Network skins Carbon and Aced Poker made a remarkable turnaround with a renewed commitment to paying their players in a timely manner over the fall months. But we would be remiss if we discounted that over the last 60 days, reported check payout timeframes have climbed up to an average of nearly 19 days. Add to that their decision to no longer allow "stacked" check withdrawals (the practice of allowing multiple cashouts to process at once, usually resulting in checks arriving within a week or so of each other), and hence the 0.3 point drop in their score. And while this is an overall downtick for Carbon and Aced, it's also important to note that this average wait time is still well within their stated timeframes of 42-56 days for check payments. When you factor in expedient Skrill and cash transfer waiting periods, there's no doubt that these top Merge online poker rooms are still highly viable and as such, ProfRB.com continues to recommend them to poker players of all skill sets.

Carbon and Aced Poker have virtually identical poker rooms and share the same promotions and support staff - the only difference is their poker client color schemes. Be sure to check out our Merge information page for more.

juicy stakes cashouts report

We reported last month that Juicy Stakes had made a dramatic turnaround in terms of payouts thanks to a new ownership group's commitment to paying out their players - some who had waited almost a calendar year to receive what was owed to them under the previous regime. While reported cashout experiences slowed in November, the ones we have tracked are just as encouraging as those from October. Particularly encouraging was the ROW payout speeds - which are a good indicator of a poker room's overall ability to facilitate timely payments. This has been reflected in Juicy Stakes' improving score in our report, and we will continue to monitor and track their progress in the days and weeks ahead.

Lock poker cashouts

After nearly bottoming out last month in terms of how bad it could possibly get for players waiting months on end for their cashouts from Lock Poker, there was a highly guarded sprinkle of optimism as our own "IHasTehNutz" broke the news on the popular 2+2 forums that players on his Lock Pending Cashout Report were offered the promise of expedited processing for their owed withdrawals. And while there have been players paid from this effort (as reflected above and the result of Lock's "increase" in score for this report), the pending cashout report itself has continued to soar in size - the list sits at a nearly unbelievable 228 players at the time of publishing this report. It should be noted, however, that there has been only four reported cashouts received from players not on IHasTehNutz's list this month, and there were only two reported payouts in all of October. In all, 25 players have been paid as a result of being on the pending cashout report, despite 180 players having been sent to Lock Poker via IHasTehNutz since November 1st.

Despite the relative increase in the amount of players paid, ProfRB.com strongly urges players to refrain from playing or depositing at Lock Poker. As we've reported in the past, Lock Poker is a company that has repeatedly shown blatant disregard towards living up to their word and we feel they are not to be trusted with your hard earned money.
