This monthly report brings you information about offshore poker sites and their cashout speeds. Not only will it help you find the fastest paying poker sites, but most of these sites have other forms of gambling as well. As such, this data will also give you information on sportsbook payouts, casino payouts, racebook payouts, etc.
Our report will be especially helpful to those in "grey markets" such as the United States, Australia, Czechia and other countries. Players in these markets will often have a restricted menu of payment options due to processing hurdles and limitations. Still, the overwhelming majority of these sites provide games to players all over the world, thus any real money online gamer should find this page useful.
All of our data is sourced from reports by online players who have kindly left a public record of the dates they requested their withdrawals and the dates on which the money was received by them. We've gathered these notes together and averaged them out to come up with our results.

Public forum posts and comment submissions from actual players are indispensible when trying to gauge how well online gambling operators adhere to their stated guidelines for payment processing timeframes. If you would like to help us ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of our payment reports going forward, you may do so in two ways.
Firstly, you may leave a comment below detailing any cashout experiences you've recently had from any online poker, casino, or other gaming sites. If you would prefer to leave your payout data in a public forum for all to see, please check our source documentation at the end of this report for locations where that can easily be done. Which ever option you choose, please follow the suggested format providing all requested data.

All of our recommended online poker providers are still faithfully paying out customers. However, bottlenecks in the Bitcoin Network caused by growing mainstream popularity have increased transaction times for this popular digital crypto-currency. Some of the sites have been slow to adjust, and therefore, their payouts have been delayed. Others have been able to weather the storm relatively unscathed by making changes to accommodate these new circumstances.

Sites sharing this cashier include ACR Poker, BlackChip Poker, True Poker, and Ya Poker.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 9.5 (+0.1 from last month)
Key Stat: WPN withdrawals remain well under stated times for almost all processors.
Key Fact: Trails only Ignition in US-facing player traffic and is 9th worldwide.
Claiming the #1 spot this month is the Winning Poker Network. Bitcoin payments are still falling well under the indicated 2-day benchmark. What puts the WPN a notch above the competition is its variety of withdrawal processors, including dozens of crypto-currencies that were added to the WPN cashier in October. Customers have been seeing blazing-fast speeds with these crypto coins. In one case, an Ethereum cashout was received into the user's wallet a mere two hours after the initial request. Traditional payout channels, like checks and eWallets, are also getting money into the hands of the recipients in a reasonable amount of time.
The Winning Poker Network has proven itself a serious and player-focused online gaming group, and it continues to host well-managed cashier functions.

The sites housed on this network are Sportsbetting.ag, TigerGaming, and BetOnline.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 9.3 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: BetOnline’s Bank Wire payout timeframes and ~24 hour Bitcoin turnaround show strength of withdrawal abilities.
Key Fact: Firmly seated in 3rd in terms of player traffic for US friendly poker sites.
The Chico Poker Network continues its solid record of paying out winners without any needless delays. Sportsbetting.ag, TigerGaming, and BetOnline all have a roster of diverse cashout options although the exact mix varies a bit at each site. The fast payout speeds and deployment of new Windfall and Boost game formats gives Chico a strong hand as it bids for dominance in the U.S. and global internet poker scene through 2018.
The Chico Poker Network sites maintain their tradition of paying out their users fairly and according to the promised time windows.

Sites sharing this cashier include Ignition Casino, Bovada, and Bodog.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 9.2 (-0.3 from last month)
Key Stat: Bitcoin payment times are sadly increasing from the records set earlier last year.
Key Fact: Ignition is still the #1 US-facing online poker site in terms of player traffic .
The PaiWangLuo Network has been hurt a bit by its over-reliance on Bitcoin as a means of paying its players. Transaction times for BTC have crept upward during the fourth quarter of 2017 especially during December when the network's customers had to wait nearly three days, on average, to get their bitcoins into their wallet addresses. We expect this to be only a momentary downturn because Ignition, Bovada, and Bodog have always done the right thing by their wagering clients.
Despite the hopefully temporary lengthening of its payment time periods, the PaiWangLuo Network remains in the upper echelon of offshore poker, casino, and sports-betting sites.

Sites sharing this cashier include Intertops and Juicy Stakes.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 8.6 (-0.4 from last month)
Key Stat: Intertops provides extra value in the form of rakeback, money-added tournaments, and casino promos.
Key Fact: Intertops has been a trusted name in gaming for over 30 years.
Intertops, flagship of the Horizon Network, has more than earned its reputation for fairness and integrity. Nevertheless, we have to dock it and sister site Juicy Stakes several points this month because they haven't been able to pay winners in a timely fashion. In November, people reported having to wait more than a week for Bitcoin withdrawals, and then the virtual coin was removed as a cashout method altogether. Customer support personnel and forum reps have indicated that the network is looking to re-add Bitcoin to the mix shortly, and we feel that this can't come soon enough!
Intertops has weathered the storms of the online gambling industry many times in the past, and it has usually emerged stronger than before. We're confident that its managers will take decisive action to correct the current unfortunate payment delays.

Sites sharing this cashier include 5Dimes, Grand Poker, Island Casino, and Sportbet.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 7.8 (-0.4 from last month)
Key Stat: Opened for business in November of 2014.
Key Fact: Grand Poker is owned by the 5Dimes Group.
The poker rooms of 5Dimes and related sites have all been down for maintenance for more than a month. Thus, there hasn't been any poker playing going on for a long time, and so we have to reduce their score considerably until they're back in action. The other divisions of the companies, like casino and sports, are operating business as usual, so we expect cashouts not to be impacted at all.
We hope that the Grand Poker Network reopens its doors soon because its parent organizations are trustworthy gaming providers, and so they provide a sensible destination for online card games.
Read our review of the Grand Poker Network for additional information.
Nitrogen Sports is a standalone site that includes poker, sports-betting, and casino games.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 7.5 (-0.1 from last month)
Key Stat: Bitcoin-only online poker site has very fast payouts.
Key Fact: Nitrogen is one of the few sites to offer Bitcoin-only poker to all 50 US states.
Nitrogen Sports Poker is renowned for the quickness with which it can transmit money to its winners. This is a Bitcoin-only room, and there are no other payment choices available. It's a smaller operation, at least on the poker side, and so user-generated data points are hard to come by, but we here at Professional Rakeback have confirmed internally that Nitrogen is adhering to its commitments payout-wise. The only negative is that Nitrogen has started limiting its bettors to one free withdrawal every two weeks instead of the always-free, unlimited withdrawals that they used to enjoy.
Nitrogen at present has low player volume, but there are plenty of rewards and freerolls, so it might be worth adding to your roster of sites.
Check out our Nitrogen Sports Poker review page to learn more.
SwCPoker is a completely independent Bitcoin poker site that doesn't share its cashier with any other party.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 7.2 (-0.1 from last month)
Key Stat: Offers one of the quickest turnarounds from payout request to receiving.
Key Fact: SWC Poker is one of the originators of using Bitcoin-only denominations in their games.
SwCPoker is a BTC-focused poker room that offers some of the shortest cashout wait times in the industry. We haven't seen many winners posting their successful payout histories, but on the other hand, we haven't seen anyone complaining about their cashouts either, so it appears that SwC is holding steady. The only minor snafu is the site's 0.02 BTC min withdrawal, close to $300 at current Bitcoin prices.
SwC spreads many forms of poker, including a few that you won't find anywhere else!
Peruse our review of SwCPoker for all the details.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: N/A
Key Stat: Player traffic has dropped to less than 100 players on average per week.
Key Fact: Carbon Poker offers no incentives and bans winning accounts on their poker site.
As more reports surface of players being banned, limited to a few tables, and seeing delays with Bitcoin and check payout methods, we reiterate our advice to avoid Carbon Poker, Player's Only, Sportsbookcom and any other sites that may crop up on the Merge Gaming Network. Not only are payouts slow, but Carbon only allows one free withdrawal PER YEAR. It's an excellent idea to go nowhere near this subpar operation run by Jazette Enterprises because you have much better choices available.
We advise our readers to play at any one of the many upstanding online poker options listed above and avoid the Merge Gaming Network. Seriously, play anywhere but Carbon Poker.
We rely on the input of hundreds of regular players like you! The public and auditable submissions of recreational and professional players left on forums and in our comments sections is how we compile the most accurate picture of the payouts situation for online poker fans in the United States, Canada, Australia, and many other parts of the world.
