Last updated on December 8, 2019 - Data through November 2019
Offshore gaming provider payouts are holding steady through the month of November 2019. All of the organizations on our list have retained their relative rankings without any major shakeups happening. In general, customers can count on BTC withdrawals reaching their wallets within one to three days, which is pretty speedy all things considered. Legacy payment options, like checks, are also reliable although the waiting times involved can extend to two weeks or even longer.

The sites housed on this network are Sportsbetting.ag, TigerGaming, and BetOnline.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 9.3 (+0.1 from last month)
Key Stat: BetOnline and SB.ag support six different cryptos.
Key Fact: Firmly seated in 3rd in terms of player traffic for US friendly poker sites.
The Chico Poker Network has really improved its payment processing over the past several months, earning it the top spot in our report last month. This stellar performance has continued with most players receiving same day payouts of their requested funds. We're therefore pleased to keep this organization at the top of our chart again this month.
The three Chico brands, Sportsbetting.ag, TigerGaming, and BetOnline, serve residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and many other countries.

Sites sharing this cashier include ACR Poker, BlackChip Poker, True Poker, and Ya Poker.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE 9.0 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: WPN withdrawals remain well under stated times for almost all processors.
Key Fact: Trails only Ignition in US-facing player traffic and is 9th worldwide.
The Winning Poker Network is holding steady at second place in our cashout evaluations. Same-day and two-day payouts are the norm here, and this has been the case for well over a year. Because ACR Poker and the rest of the network sites support Bitcoin and dozens of altcoins, you can choose to get your money in whatever digital form is most convenient for you.
All of the network-owned skins on the WPN provide the same excellent cashier functions, so you'll be in good hands no matter which of them you play at.

Sites sharing this cashier include Ignition Casino, Bovada, and Bodog. As such, this chart covers payout speeds for the IgnitionCasino.eu, Bodog.eu, Bodog.com, and Bovada.lv websites.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 8.9 (-0.2 from last month)
Key Stat: Bitcoin payment times mostly within the 2-day processing guidelines.
Key Fact: Ignition and Bovada are still the #1 US-facing online poker sites in terms of player traffic.
In October, we witnessed a handful of players at the PWL Network having to wait an unacceptably long time to get their cash, and this unfortunate trend continued into November. For example, this user was kept in suspense for more than nine days before his withdrawal was sent. Now, incidents like these are definitely the exception rather than the rule, with most users experiencing next-day payments, but they do certainly mar PaiWangLuo's otherwise excellent payment record.
Ignition, Bodog, and Bovada have always had reliable payment processing for their valued clients. You can sleep easy in the knowledge that any money you have at these rooms is completely safe.

Sites sharing this cashier include Intertops and Juicy Stakes.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 8.8 (-0.1 from last month)
Key Stat: Intertops provides extra value in the form of rakeback, money-added tournaments, and casino promos.
Key Fact: Intertops has been a trusted name in gaming for over 30 years.
The Horizon Network has never been one of the fastest-paying gaming groups in existence, and we were reminded of this in November. This doesn't mean that there's anything untoward or dishonest about this operator; it just trails a step behind the market leaders in terms of payout speed.
Intertops has done right by its users for more than three decades, and it now lends its stellar reputation to the Horizon Network as a whole.

Sites sharing this cashier include 5Dimes, Grand Poker, Island Casino, and Sportbet.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 8.3 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: Opened for business in November of 2014.
Key Fact: Grand Poker is owned by the 5Dimes Group.
User-generated data on the Grand Poker Network and its payments was a bit hard to come by in November, but we feel comfortable reiterating our rating from previous months. This organization is headlined by 5Dimes, one of the premier sportsbooks servicing offshore markets at present. It's renowned for honest gaming and no-nonsense payouts.
You can enjoy poker, sports betting, casino games, and lottery gambling with the honorable operators on the Grand Poker Network.

Nitrogen Sports is a standalone site that includes poker, sports-betting, and casino games.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 8.0 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: Bitcoin-only online poker site has very fast payouts.
Key Fact: Nitrogen is one of the few sites to offer Bitcoin-only poker to all 50 US states.
At Nitrogen Sports, same-day Bitcoin payouts are nothing remarkable. In recent years, it has opened a casino and poker room, so you can conduct all your BTC gambling in one place. Add in low-vig lines, valuable Nitro rewards for poker players, and an ever-changing roster of promotional deals, and it's easy to see why many bitcoiners have made Nitrogen their online betting home.
You can get free bets and mBTC credits applied to your account with the rewards program at the Nitrogen Sports poker room.

SwCPoker is a completely independent Bitcoin poker site that doesn't share its cashier with any other party.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 7.5 (EVEN from last month)
Key Stat: Offers one of the quickest turnarounds from payout request to receiving.
Key Fact: SWC Poker is one of the originators of using Bitcoin-only denominations in their games.
SwCPoker is moving from strength to strength with version 3.0 software, a bad beat jackpot, and Twitch streaming bounties for players to enjoy. Needless to say, its same-day Bitcoin payouts are a key ingredient of this formula, enabling customers to feel secure as they battle it out at this room's diverse array of poker tables.
Although player volume is low, SwC is an excellent cardroom if you like “other” types of poker, like HORSE, Limit Omaha 8, Open Face Chinese, Short Deck Hold'em, et cetera.
Take a look at our review of SwCPoker for further info.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: N/A
Key Stat: Player traffic has dropped to less than 100 players on average per week.
Key Fact: Carbon Poker offers no incentives and bans winning accounts on their poker site.
Carbon Poker is a site that used to be the king of USA online poker, but we now caution our readers to avoid it. It has an unenviable history of making questionable decisions that are detrimental to the player community, including booting winning players from its site, cutting back drastically on promotions, and even charging a fee on every additional withdrawal beyond one in a year.
That is correct: They only offer one free withdrawal per year and after that charge 5% of the amount of your withdrawal even for crypto-currency withdrawals, which generally cost just a few pennies! For example, if you were to initiate a maximum withdrawal for $2,500 (yes, they have low withdrawal limits relative to other gambling sites), the site would charge fully $125 for the withdrawal and you would receive $2,375 only. A Bitcoin withdrawal like this would cost a dollar or so to process even if ramping up the fees in order to garner the highest processing priority. We suppose that Merge Gaming Network just keeps the remaining $124 and change as profit from your winnings. We don't agree with that behavior, and this is yet another reason that we do not recommend Carbon Gaming, Players Only, Sportsbook.com, or any of the companies operated by "Domain Holdings," formerly Jazette Enterprises.
For the moment, users are getting their money but with delays and annoying surcharges. Moreover, forum posts indicate that traffic continues to decline. In recent weeks, we've seen more players complain about a lack of running tournaments and difficulty in getting SNGs to run, leading to speculation that the poker room might be on its last legs.
We strongly encourage you to play at any of the other online poker rooms listed above and keep away from the Merge Gaming Network. Seriously, play anywhere else other than Carbon Poker, PlayersOnly, Sportsbook.com, and Superbook.
ProfRB.com REPORT SCORE: 7.1 (-0.1 from last month)
Key Stat: Global Poker's payment solutions, which don't include any cryptos, leave a lot to be desired.
Key Fact: There's no deposit bonus offer at Global and a lack of other promos.
Global Poker's Worldpay payout processing has caused plenty of headaches for users with players having to, in the past, wait up to a month to get their cash. Now after a couple of months of fairly rapid withdrawal processing, waiting times have increased for many users beyond a week. Sometimes even just getting a cashout approved takes a week: up from the normal one- or two-day approvals.
In addition, Global's withdrawals via ACH bank transfer require individuals to submit a wealth of personal info, including bank statements, routing numbers, photo IDs, and in some instances, additional extra documents. Any errors or delays when sending this information to Global can throw a monkey wrench into the entire cashout process. Even worse, when there is an issue with a withdrawal, Global most often says nothing to the customer about it, instead waiting for the user to contact them!
Global used to boast of its Paypal support, which set it apart from other USA offshore poker sites, but its justifications for being allowed to transact via this e-wallet always seemed shaky at best. Now that Global uses Worldpay instead of Paypal, one of its major selling points has been nullified. In March 2019, Global added support for Skrill, but given that Skrill explicitly states that its services cannot be used in the United States for either gambling or sweepstakes contests, the sustainability of this arrangement is questionable at best.
Apart from issues directly related to cashier expediency, Global hasn't exactly inspired confidence among the poker playing population. Among the scandals that have occurred include the time Global exposed users' personal information on the web for about a year, a high-stakes individual who had to wait on his withdrawal for more than six months, and technical glitches during a major tournament series.
While incidents like this happen from time to time at just about every online poker room, this isn't the first time Global has dropped the ball. You can read more about the history of this troubled site in our comprehensive Global Poker review.
One saving grace at Global has been that the company rep is active on the twoplustwo forums, helping to resolve users' issues. However, this hasn't been the case for the past couple of months because there were periods of a week or two during which there was no communication from her. Indeed, the GlobalPokerCSKimbr account made a grand total of only four posts during November.
The long-term viability of Global Poker is not really known for sure, so we recommend that you take a pass on Global Poker if you value the safety of your funds.
