Winning Poker Network High Five Tournament Series June 2014

The Winning Poker Network will offer its five-day "High Five" $420,000 guaranteed multi-table tournament series from June 11th through June 15th.

WPN will be bringing back their popular "High Five" tournament series this June, and as always, ProfRB.com has you covered with the details.

The High Five series is a five-day MTT event that will see $420,000 in guaranteed tournaments offered to players across several different types of formats. Players will be able to enjoy traditional no-limit Texas holdem tournaments, as well as turbo, hyper-turbo, pot-limit, Omaha, Omaha PL, 6-max, and 8-max formats as well.

From Wednesday, June 11th through Sunday, June 15th, five tournaments will run each day with guarantees ranging from $500 up to the Sunday main event, where $150,000 on the line. Players can buy-n directly or try to qualify through a variety of satellites that are already running on a daily basis (more on this below). WPN ran its first High Five tournament series back in November last year. Over 10,000 players competed in the 24 events, raising the total prize pool from the $350,000 stated guarantee to over $420,000. Only two events in November had overlays, further cementing its success. This time out, 25 events will take place and if history is any indication, the total prize pool could swell to over $500,000.

This is the second multi-table tournament series that the Winning Poker Network has ran this year. In March and early April, WPN ran their 10 day, 63 event Online Super Series that saw over 26,000 players taking part, pushing the total prize pool to over $1.1 million.
