Each month here on ProfRB.com, we will be updating you on cashout reports specific to player experiences and comparing that to skin/network stated timeframes, with accompanying analysis. We currently track information from Bovada, the Merge Network (primarily Carbon/Aced Poker and Pokerhost), the Revolution Network (Intertops, Lock Poker, and Juicy Stakes), and the Winning Poker Network (ACR, Black Chip, True Poker).
We have added a new grading system to accompany our cashout reports! Skins and networks will be ranked according to this grading system moving forward. Please click here for more information on our grading system method.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept private, non-public cashout experiences when cataloging our player reported data. All of our samples are cataloged from online forum sources. In addition, though the samples recorded are a relatively small glimpse into overall cashouts, we are confident in their reflection of the general timeframes most players experience based on our contacts within the online industry.

Once again, Pokerhost, a Merge Network online poker room with its own independent cashier system, leads the way on our monthly cashout report. Continuing its excellence in making swift payments to its players, Pokerhost gives you all the tournament, cash game, and sit-and-go action you love from a Merge poker room while providing leading customer service and a long-served commitment to quick, timely payouts. And despite a lack of publicly reported data, ProfRB.com can verify through player and industry contacts that PokerHost remains on par as one of the most reliable places to play in the current marketplace.

Despite a lack of check reporting from player experiences this month (resulting in the one-tenth point reduction in score from September's report), Intertops remains near the top of the heap in terms of payouts, speed, and consistency as it relates to customer withdrawals. ProfRB.com can independently verify that Intertops is still the only online poker room on the Revolution network that is maintaining their stated cashout timeframe - and despite segregation across a wide spectrum from the network, continues to be a reliable and safe place to play for US and ROW players. The folks running the show at Intertops have been in business for over 30 years and have kept their heads in an often tumultuous marketplace - that, along with their dedication to their players, continues to be reasons why Intertops is a trusted operation.

Bovada Poker continues to surge ahead with a tried and true dedication to consistency and reliability - putting them at the doorstep of the top of the heap for our monthly cashout report. More player examples in September only served to lower the already-low average waiting period for receiving check payouts from last month (down almost 1 day), bringing Bovada's score to a 9.0 for this month's report. One of the more telling aspects of their cashout prowess is the 12-day longest reported wait for a check from date of request to receiving this month - out of 45 recorded experiences, this is very telling of Bovada's commitment and ability to pay their players quickly. With the Golden Spade Poker Open under way, continued offerings of dynamic cash games such as Zone Poker fast fold, and their plethora of options on their daily tournament schedule, it's easy to see why Bovada is considered the overall best option for US players in the marketplace today.
If you aren't already taking advantage of their quick cashout times and soft games/MTT's, sign up today! For full details, please visit our Bovada information and instructions page.
The Winning Poker Network - and it's ProfRB.com partner online poker rooms ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker, and True Poker - saw some changes in terms of tournament offerings in the month of September. But one thing that hasn't changed is their prompt dedication in paying withdrawals to their players in quick fashion. ProfRB.com has confirmed this fact despite a proponderance of player data - particularly in the field of ROW payments that are typically completed in three days or less. Add in their recent doubling of their popular Beast promotion along with the continuing popularity of their debit card withdrawal feature for its ease of use and reliability, and you can see why the Winning Poker Network continues its overall climb as one of the fastest rising dependable options for US players looking for quality games and solid service.

Making by far the biggest leap in terms of score in the month of September was Carbon Poker and Aced Poker, the two leading online poker rooms on the Merge Gaming Network. September was a big month for Merge as a whole - their online tournament series Poker Maximus VI was a raging success and in late September, Merge surpassed the beleaguered Revolution network in terms of overall cash game traffic (according to GameIntel.com). But perhaps the biggest indication of how well things are currently going for Merge is their continued improvement in payout timeframes for check withdrawals. To put this in perspective: from May to July 2013, check withdrawal waiting time averages per month ranged from 60 to 77 days. In August, this average dropped all the way to 22 days. This past month saw that waiting average plummet to just over seven days, which is 35 days less than their stated waiting periods, marking an amazing turnaround. Look for Carbon and Aced to continue to climb the rankings of our monthly cashout report if this remarkable trends continues to hold.
We highly recommend both Carbon and Aced Poker (virtually identical poker rooms - only difference is poker client color scheme), so be sure to check out our Merge information page for more on how to sign up today.
September was perhaps the worst month in the past year for Revolution online poker room Lock Poker, which saw continued decreases daily tournament guarantees, big losses in player traffic, and continuing-to-escalate waiting timeframes for checks and cash transfer payouts. One of the more telling signs of Lock's demise has been the lack of player reported data for cashouts along with nearly non-existent peer-to-peer trading. ProfRB.com's own "IHasTehNutz" continues to monitor pending cashouts that have waiting periods of two months or more - his list has grown to an astounding 116 players who are owed nearly $300,000 in payouts as of September 30th. And right here on ProfRB.com we took a look inside Lock's hideous operation, detailing a conversation between Lock rep Shane Bridges and a high-volume player that guaranteed the player expedited withdrawals if he hit a certain plateau in rake per month.
All in all, Lock Poker is an online poker room to avoid at all costs. We recommend Intertops Poker as the only trusted and reliable room on the Revolution network.
Another online poker room on the Revolution network to avoid is Juicy Stakes, which has had well documented and repeated issues in paying their players at all - to say nothing about being prompt. Player reported data on cashouts from Juicy are about as commonplace as the Dodo bird, and a simple Google search will reveal to players any number of reasons why they should avoid this room at any cost. Once again, the only trusted and reliable place to play on the Revolution network is Intertops Poker - avoid all others with haste and speed!
